We strive to ensure every order is prepared accurately and meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are personal care and beauty items—most products are final sale.
However, if an error is made on our part, we will always work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Errors & Damaged Items
If we made an error, including but not limited to:

We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns are generally not accepted, especially for products that are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.

Eligible Returns (When Applicable)
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, with tags attached

Items must be in their original packaging

If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to receive the correct item is to:

Once your return is received and inspected:

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:

Pro Lamp Electronics Return Policy
90-Day Guarantee
We offer a 90-day guarantee on Pro Lamp purchases.
If your Pro Lamp is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault within 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for an exchange.
What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover:

Misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage

Exposure to acetone or liquids

Tampering or internal modifications
Return Process

Once approved, return the lamp securely packaged

Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
